If you would like to be considered to officiate at the SCSWI in 2012, please fill out and submit the form below. You will receive an e-mail from Sal Maniaci regarding ArbiterSports. We now use ArbiterSports software for assigning so you have to be accepted by the SCSWI group before submitting your availability.

In order for organizers to provide the best possible environment for you and a quality tournament, we would like to know your personal refereeing ability, preferred schedule and any other needs you feel would make your job easier. The referee assignor will fill the requests as best he can. Please fill out this form as completely as possible.

Game Start and End Times
Friday start is 4:30 p.m. and end time is 10:30 p.m.
Saturday start is 7:30 a.m. and end time is 10:30 p.m.
Sunday start is 8:00 a.m. and end time is 4:00 p.m.
 
Usage depends partly on the following:
  • Availability of referee
  • Number of teams applying
  • Number of officials applying
  • Past availability at tournament
  • Past history at tournament
  • Experience and grade level
  • Officiating team requests

  Each venue will have fruit, water and shade available for participating officials

  Lunch and dinner provided for referees on Saturday at no charge

  Stand-by officials are needed at each venue. The stand-by official will be paid to be on stand-by and, if they officiate, also get paid for those games. If interested, click 'yes' in the stand-by checkbox below.
