Manager's Check List
Coaches and managers of registered teams will receive an e-mail with important information regarding team registration which takes place at St. Clair Shores Civic Arena on Thursday, August 16 between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. or Friday, August 17 between 2:30 and 4:30 p.m.

EVERY TEAM MUST PRESENT A COACH OR MANAGER AT TEAM REGISTRATION.

To do now:
To bring to Team Registration at Civic Arena, August 16 or 17:
  • Player passcards
  • Medical Release forms
  • League roster - stamped by registrar
  • Risk Management (or similar) for ALL sideline coaches / trainers / etc...
  • Guest Player Roster (if applicable)
  • Permission to travel forms (out of state teams)
  • Pre-Tournament T-shirt order payment

Where is Civic Arena ? MAP

Civic Arena is located on Stephens (9 1/2 Mile Rd) between Little Mack and I-94.
20000 Stephens, Saint Clair Shores, MI, 48080

Exit I-94 at 9 Mile Road (#227).
Go East, 2 blocks.
Turn left on East Industrial Drive.
Follow approximately 1/4 mile to Industrial Drive, turn right.
Follow approximately 1000 feet to Pleasant St.
Cross Pleasant St. into Civic Arena parking lot.
